Usually always have nice takeaways from here but the past couple of weeks I have been trying to order and there has been no answer has this place closed???

Chips were cold steak wasn't medium and chicken breast was half bone and hardly any meat but sausage lovely and mixed grill nice and decent delivery time x

First time customer
NEVER AGAIN
order taken at 19:20 on a Wednesday, was told it would be about 20-25 mins
An hour later, still no food. Rang the take-away and was told driver was on their way because they were very busy. Rang again 15 mins later, and was told same thing - no apologies.
We live less than half a mile away from the take away so there shouldn't have been such a long delay.
Could have cooked the damn thing myself in less than 10 mins
Poor customer service, no apoplogies and was quite pricey for what we ordered.
I will be going elswhere in future.
