I had a fantastic experience at the independent mindbodysoul salon in Balham. My stylist Shalena was absolutely lovely and a total wizard when it came to colouring my hair. I love my coppery highlights, my hair feels so much more summery and light now. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
Great service and environment, lovely Aveda products. Good complimentary neck and shoulder massage with the cut, which was very fast but perfect. Only complaint is everyone got a biscuit with their drink except me! :D Lots of treatments available and massage pregnant people too.
They provide baby cots in the same room. Not all rooms have this so be sure to ask when you book. Once, there were no cot rooms available and I was able to have the baby on my lap during treatment though you may need to check if you are able to do this. Very happy with service.
I had my hair coloured by Gemma - she is absolutely amazing - very professional very precise with my highlights - loved the fact I could do downstairs in the relaxation area while I waited for my colour - thank you Gemma you are fantastic and I love my colour xxx
Disorganised, rude and incompetent staff Used to be very good but has gone downhill in a big way Shame
It will really help if you update your opening hours as those state you are open for a fair amount of time on Monday, which when I called turned out not to be true.
This place is heaven!
