It is increasingly difficult to get anyone on the phone and not unusual for the phone to either ring out or send you around in a holding pattern for an hour. The staff are blunt and rude when you speak to them and it gives the impression there is no manager or person holding the admin staff to account in this clinic. It's been like this for years and is only getting worse.
Make sure you know in advance that you are just a body and a number, the chance that you will be listened to and respected is very slim. Do not expect Care or Compassion! Reception staff absolutely incompetent. Unfortunately very little choice or chance finding a decent GP in Ireland. You just have to expect and accept to poorest standard in every field. Very sad! Especially for very ill and vulnerable people. Why choose to work in healthCARE when the the Care is non existing.
Absolutely ridiculous service. Despite us living in the area they refused our newborn a 2 week checkup despite our public health nurse who works at this practice saying it should be no problem. Supposedly there’s a 6 week waiting period for registration? All they need to do is weigh our baby and do some minor checks. It’s takes 15-20mins tops.
What a aboustle disgrace, rang today 10th of Feb looking for a appointment to see my doctor, not feeling 2 good lately, receptionist bluntey told me next availability 7th March, aboustle joke, going further about this
The receptionist is seriously callous and unhelpful here. No ccompassion. 3 Members of my family are patients and my daaughtet was home on a visit and became v ill They refused to consider seeing her
Absolutely disgusting,they never respond the phone,it's been a week that I tried to call them,I don't know how to make an appointment
The service is outrageous. Appointment at 11 havent been asked for an hour without a single word of apology. Wasted and hour and had to find another clinic - they didnt even know how much longer I had to wait! First and last time i went there.
Everytime I go I’m waiting at least 1 hour after my scheduled time before I get to see a doctor. Ridiculous
Great surgery caters for everybody. Fantastic selection of Doctors and reception staff very friendly
Very professional and clean facility. staff are lovely and both the doctors and nurses are friendly and attentive.
