Absolutely the worst experience I have had when it comes to my health. Rang to ask for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and the receptionist spoke to me like a dog. Before hanging up she said sarcastically ‘I’ll pass that onto the doctor seeing as it’s such an emergency, your welcome’ I am absolutely disgusted, it is no way to speak to a client in any business but especially not when it comes to a persons health, these situations can be hard enough with out the receptionist making it harder.
The worst experience I've had. Receptionist is extremely rude and not in any way accommodating. Took multiple attempts ringing the door before she could be bothered answering it, all while other waiting patients looked on. Couldn't even be bothered to try find an appointment time for me. Stormed out as I could tell she had no interest being professional in her job.
Dr O'Connell is great. He's patient and very kind and his follow-up is great. Best GP I've ever been to.
Dr.john o Connell what a brilliant Doctor, he takes the time to diagnose you properly and makes you really feel at ease, with him.and the Reception staff are excellent and very professional
If you're living locally then I'd recommend this clinic, had no problems making an appointment here
