We had a lovely experience dining at the Imperial Palace. The service was great. The waitress showed us to our table and asked us which menu we desired. The Dim Sum menu is like a lottery ticket. You just tick what you fancy to eat, and they will cook it fresh for you. The food was hot and tasted great. We had the following: Egg custard tarts. Prawn dim sum, prawn chung fun, char siu chung fun, 2 roast meat soya chicken and char siu on top of egg noodles.
One of the best Cantonese DimSum place, but too far away from the centre area. Better to go with more than 5 people so you can get a bigger table and order many different Dim Sum dishes.
The food was great and arrived really quickly. The waiters were so friendly. The restaurant is a bit bland but clean.
The waiters were very lazy. There were not many customers in the store, but they never came to take orders. When we called the waiters loudly, several waiters sat in the distance and looked at us, but they had no intention of coming to take orders. The service attitude was very bad, I even suspected that they discriminated against students, and the dishes were very expensive!
Do come early cause their dim sum is sooo good!! And they are filling up very fast. They opened at 12pm, I came a little after 12pm and the tables were more than half filled up.nnTaste authentic, tasty, all that you expect from a decent dim sum restaurant. Cheong fan with prawn so juicy and soft, the flavour was just well-balanced. Do try their fried dim sum as well cause it was fried into perfection, crunchy from the outside and still juicy flavourful from the inside. I experimented of ordering chicken feet with wine sc but it didn’t really suit my liking, save yourself for the regular chicken feet next time.nnThe staffs were lovely and helpful, but During peak hours it was a bit hard to order more things. It was a good meal
