Ruined a bridesmaids dress less than a week before the wedding. I had asked for them to take the dress up and they simply cut it with scissors and at all different lengths, some of which are now too short for the dress to be wearable. When I asked for my money back, the man in the shop physically threatened me and would not give it back. Needless to say, I will be contacting the police.

Have given shirts to be dry cleaned to this place multiple times, and get the same consistent service - my shirts aren’t ready by the time they say they will be, and they come back smelling of smoke, having paid £2 per shirt... I bought an Iron to do my own shirts solely because of this - thanks Imperial Dry Cleaners...

Just moved in this area recently and used imperial dry cleaners gave in 6 suits and 10 trousers to be tapered came out lovely decent prices very good customer service I even got offered lunch because I went in during lunch hour lovely city and a lovely and caring shop with the lovely customer service thank you imperial cleaners

Absolutely SHOCKING!!! Terrible service, awful attitude from manager & tried to charge me the £25 to fix the sleeve lining of a jacket. Have lived locally for over 20 years & have never come across a local business with such a bad approach to customers. If you value your belongings I urge you not to use this 'service'
