Great, friendly service. I took in a pair of brown shoes which I had admitted worn the heels down a little further than I should (!), to a point where I wasn't really sure how good the fix would be. However, when I picked them up yesterday they looked immaculate! Very impressed, so I will be taking all of my other shoes there

Totally ruined my shoes! Very rude attitude from the boy serving me. Run a mile! Edit in response to the owners reply: the issue was brought to your attention. As I mentioned before, the boy (tall and wearing a white hoodie) serving me was *very rude* and would not accept responsibility for the damage. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that "the manager isn't here... you can wait but the manager won't help you... I am in charge".

I would highly recommend Forest Eco. There really isn’t much they can’t or won’t do, and the cleaning they do is second to none. There shoe repairs is incredible. I took 3 pairs to them now the shoes look and feel better than ever! infact they look BRAND NEW! :o) Thanks guys, keep up the good work. Great Service and simply the best in London!! All round professional, friendly and accommodating service provided every time. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, the prices are more than reasonable, the service is efficient and the opening hours are great. Would highly recommend this shop for all alterations, dry cleaning, ironing and cobbler work. I've been a customer of Forest Eco Cleaners for several years and have no complaints at all.

A true Walthamstow gem. My Wife and I always take our shoes to get re-healed/soled. They always do an outstanding job and are a lot cheaper than Timpsons! Same applies to key cutting too. The dry cleaning is also great value and quick as well. Support this local business and get great service at wallet friendly prices
