Yet again my back seat is left soaking wet. It previously caused a musty smell and mold as I hadn't noticed it was so wet after a mini valet. Now it's just as wet after a full valet. Why do they need to use so much water on the back seat as the front one's are fine. They do a fine job except for leaving the back seat soaking wet. I've paid £50 to have to try and absorb the water myself or pay to have it dried elsewhere. It will leave a water stain on the fabric which defeats the purpose of getting it valeted in thr first place. I've given three stars as they do an otherwise good job. But the back seat seems to be an issue as it's happened previously.

Had a valet and they put so much Grease on my windows i had to get it valeted again in a week
