I had to click on at least 1 Star because it wouldn't let Me write the review, otherwise I would have chose No Star.  I took my car here today for a full valet, including shampooing the seats, and I was charged £70. Which I thought was an extortionate price considering not so long ago I had the same job done here for about £50.  Although the inside is very clean and fresh smelling, they must be on a limited water usage because of the heatwave?? Because the roof of my car is still dirty and the driver's front door window has a combination of dirt and water spots.  When I picked the car up, I noticed the glass on the passenger sun visor was cracked. I questioned the member of staff and he denied it was them responsible and claimed "it was like that when I dropped the car off" I've heard that rubbish excuse over a hundred times during my 2 decades in the motor trade. And with my current job, I'm not allowed passengers as it will invalidate my delivery insurance, so no one else could have broken it.  After 10 minutes of repeated lies and denial, they offered to order me a replacement sun visor, so basically admitting they broke it. I said No thanks, I'll order one myself, and I asked for some money back to pay for it. They refused to give any money, and instead offered a mini valet. I turned that down, because that doesn't replace the sun visor.  Eventually they gave Me just £5 back, which was an insult as I still have to pay some of my own money for a replacement sun visor.  It's not so much the breaking of the glass, it's the blatant lies, denial and dishonesty. I would have still been upset about the broken glass, but I would have had more respect for the person who broke it if he said he'd done that and then offered to pay for it.  We all make mistakes, it's human nature, but lying is wrong. I have more respect for people if they're honest. I'm a reasonable person, so I wouldn't have shouted and screamed like a lot of people would. So unfortunately, I won't be bringing my car here again.

Had my car cleaned inside and out for last number of years on this occassion a desiner pair of sunglasses was taken/stolen from the glove box i only noticed when i needed the next day they deny all of course that it happened but i put them in glove box when it was being cleaned and when i needed next day gone so yes robbers i will never go back and do not support the people working there i do not vouch for them to be anywhere near my  possessions this has been reported be aware check at all times if your sad enough to use them

I would leave 0 points if I can. Just been to wash my car there, and will definitely won't go again. First they cheating with the prices. The customer service is absolutely critical. Car wasn't cleaned properly, and still could see dirty spots and can be seen cloth patches, probably dried up with dirty cloth. Not sure if was the boss, but shouting around, which In my opinion is not acceptable,especially on front of the customers. Don't know how genuine are all the positive feedbacks, but my feedback is of real customer. They definitely won't get me again as a customer!!

Have to base my score on overall past experiences as my most recent was not that great. I've used this wash now for a few years can't believe I haven't reviewed it before and service is normally good, this time they seemed to be capitalising on Christmas by washing 7 cars at once.  As long as they don't put the price up again says wash from £3.50 but actually a fiver now I'll keep going but wouldn't take much to move my business elsewhere.

Did what I asked for and the car was washed nice, however never again! The boss shouting at his workers, being rude to them. I felt really sorry for all the boys working there so hard and being shouted at for no reason! They were definitely scared of him. This is 21st century and all workers supposed to be treated with respect. Doesn't matter where the boss and his employees are from!! Thanks to them you run your business... so show them some respect

£15 for small car. Thought it was a bit expensive but they did a very very good job. So it was well worth the extra money.

Brilliant friendly staff. Always busy, but always make you feel special. Do a good job. Can't fault them. Good place to go

This is a standard hand car wash. But they are frendly and do a good. Wash and dry for a standard car is £6 and £7 for a bigger models like a 4x4.

I never go anywhere else. The guys always do an amazing job
