Pulled in for a mid level wash. Jumped out of car beforehand to point out some sticky blobs that had dripped on the car. I'd failed to remove these fully after a couple of half hearted efforts at home but the fella operating the wash that day retrieved a squirty gun, a rag and some elbow grease from the hut. By the time we'd come through the machines towel cascade grand finale all traces were gone and the car was looking like new. Great work.
Done ultra HD still dirt remain on car. Never recommended. I can provide evidence. Waste of money. Add another £3 will get good hand car wash with mini wallet.
Prices have shot up and no pre wash now unless you start at £5.50. Water seemed dirty as when I got home there were loads of dirty smears across windows and paintwork. Will not be using again.
Issue with going into the car wash as the car shot forward even though I was in neutral. I was then asked to pay again even though I already paid as to start the car wash again it needed a second payment. The worker said that it would come out of his own pay if he didn’t charge me and would be in trouble with the boss. Completely ridiculous and unfair. Will not be using again
Unhappy. I called yesterday to check their opening times 8am online I was told they’ll be open at 8:30am and I could drop my car for a vallet then. The next day I arrived at 8:40am and there was no one there, the place was completely locked up. I then tried to go back later and was given no apology only told to come back even later. Awful customer service.
Great car wash. However, they told me my card was declined after paying for the £10 wash- I had been having trouble with my Apple Pay so didn’t think anything of it and paid again with my card. I then found out on my online banking that it did go through and they charged me twice. Lovely car wash but not worth the £20 I ended up paying. Make sure you ask for a card receipt when attending.
Husband used car wash, metal casing from wing mirror snapped off. They popped it back on but it is damaged and now we need to get a new one. Not answering phone on how I pursue a claim.
Cheap and cheerful, you go in dirty and come out clean.. blowers leave water on the car however so I would advise to take a cloth with you to wipe the excess droplets off if you don’t want water marks on your newly cleaned motor.. Plants of payment options and various washes available starting from a few ££ to having a full valet in and out
Car wash set so fast that the jets didn't wash the car correctly and fans hardy blew any water off of my car, was left covered in wax streaks and soaking wet Never again.Service: Car waxing
Generally ok but last time I went at 8am on a weekday wasn’t open and nobody around. Next time failed to clean the car properly. Not good but ok if you just want a quick average clean
