I have followed Tom's business avidly over the last decade, watching only the best examples of sought after special edition cars come and go. Today I had the pleasure of using Tom's services to assist me in finally purchasing a new car, this came after months of indecisiveness and repeated trips to see any new stock he had in. From the moment I made contact to enquire about the Defender Tom was selling, Tom made the whole buying process so easy. Very informative, punctual & honest. I first met Tom when he had a GP2 for sale, although a long distance away we agreed a deal in principal as he would be taking my 2017 JCW in PX. I made the 3 hour journey up to Yorkshire and the car was exactly as described, I knew as soon as I saw it I wanted it, went for a test drive and yes I definitely wanted it, he checked my car over and all was well and the deal was done seamlessly. Had a fantastic drive home, and knew I had made the right decision. However after around 500 miles the front suspension started to knock quite badly at low speeds, I had it checked at BMW who confirmed the Bilstein shocks were knocking, I contacted Tom about this, he suggested contacting Lohen mini who do a refurbish service of these particular suspension parts, I got in touch, got the quote and contacted Tom, he agreed without any hesitation or argument that he would pay for the work needed, which I thought was very fair as these after all are a serviceable item. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase another car from Tom. Buying a car from Tom you know you are getting a genuine original car with original paintwork and paperwork to back up a comprehensive service history. Top service, above and beyond any main dealer by far.
