I have finally stopped going here after giving it 'another chance' so many times. Some examples of the experience I have had with the place include: - The cheapest £1.99 wash program being 'broken' a lot of the times I go around - So I need to have more expensive wash - Me asking for the £1.99 wash and the grumpy man points on my car roof and shouting 'That bird s*** is not going to come off in the basic wash!' - Me going to take the car in for a wash when they got the '50% discount in all washes' sign up - just to find out that consequently only few of the most expensive programs are working (so ending up paying more than if done the basic wash in a non-discount day) - Me going to get the car washed after driving in country lanes in a rainy day (car has some mud around it but not crazy amounts). I ask for the £3 program 1 wash and the same grumpy guy points the mud and starts shouting at me 'This car is not going through the machine without at least the £5.50 wash!' Cannot believe how they manage to keep the place running like this, I will be taking my pennies somewhere else. Rather pay a bit more and wash the car elsewhere.

Well, frankly even giving one star is pushing it! The staff here would appear to be scamming the management! I went for a wash and valet, and having seen the big sign saying Apple Pay accepted, I assumed this would be the case. The wash was ok, but at £1.99 these guys are working on quantity rather than quality. The valet was also only ok. What was NOT ok was when I came to sort out the payment I said to the man I was going to pay with Apple Pay (as advertised). The tantrum he threw when I suggested this was probably similar to Donald Trump being told he can’t build a wall! The man was insistent that they only take cash for the valet. They absolutely did not have Apple Pay. This left me in a quandary, as I hadn’t got my wallet with me. I explained this to the man who continues to berate me that I should have told him before the wash that I wanted to pay with Apple Pay, to which I suggested that if Apple Pay were not accepted then they should perhaps cover up the sign which clearly states it is accepted! He didn’t like this suggestion then went on to blame this on the management, and again insisted that they could only take cash for the valet. At this point in time he then turned and walked to another customer leaving me a little bemused as to where he thought I was going to pull some cash from. I walked over to the office to see if there were someone else in there who would perhaps not be so rude. The grumpy man came back over and I explained that as I did not have cash I would have to go away and get some. I then noticed their card machine, and made a suggestion that perhaps we could try the Apple Pay. Lo and behold!!! The card machine works, and takes Apple Pay! I am without doubt that the staff are pocketing cash and doing everything they can to avoid using the card machine. Avoid!

Half hand wash, half automatic. My cars alloy wheel was damaged by the automatic wash side and to top it off it didn't even clean my car properly. Avoid this place like the plague, plenty of other hand car washes in the area that do a better job and wont damage your car.

I'm using IMO all around the UK, always happy with the service, mostly you get what the price covers and that's fine. But with this particular one, I had negative experiences so far. Can't pay with card, grumpy staff, the dryer not drying properly as in other IMO wash, no visible sign above the broken vacuum, etc...

Recently discovered this place and have now returned several times. They always do a decent job for a very reasonable price so can’t fault it! Lots of options too for those that want to pay less for a basic wash or more for ‘the works’.
