Took my car here today as it was filthy. After speaking to the new Site Manager John and his team I chose the Triple Foam Wash. The car came out clean which amazed me given how dirty it was. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.
Recently used them for a valet as it was close to my place of work so handy to drop off and pick up. Booked in for full valet, £45, and dropped car of at 10am. No call or text by 4pm so went to collect car. Despite being on their site for six hours, they hadn't even made a start to the car. I was asked if I could return in 30mins or return the following day? As I live 15 miles from the car wash, I decided to return in 30mins. Still no phone call to say when it was ready so again returned to the site. Clearly given the time they had taken, a full valet was not done and seats not washed yet I was charged the full rate. On checking the car the following day, the boot had not been hoovered properly, the windscreen hadn't been properly cleaned either and damage had been done to a folding chair which I had recently purchased so I was not happy. I would definitely not recommend them and in future, I will be doing the job myself.
I went there to clean my car. I paid a packages from the app and I wait in the queue for 10 min . when I went there I want to use my pre paid voucher and they said that I could not use because they did not have the code reader. They did not display at the entrance that voucher were not accepted and I could not go away because I was blocked from the queue so I have to pay the wash even if I bought 6 voucher. Bad service
Great experience at this IMO car wash. Automated so car was pulled through. Excellent pre wash also done by the attendant. Iver all great experience and I have a gleaming car.
Automated car wash. Did a pretty good job. No queue so was in and out quickly. Friendly efficient member of staff on duty. An excellent range of different programs available
Good luck gaining access to this facility. I visited today only to find that for the third time in a row in as many weeks it was closed for maintenance. Website says open until 6.30 visited at 4.15 to find it closed again.
Great for a quick relatively cheap automatic car wash.
Car was dirty after car wash won't be back.
Just a standard drive thru car wash but gets an extra star for being able to buy in advance on the app and save a bit of money. Wide range of washes from around 2 quid up to about 12 for the HD protective treatment.
Left car for valet, wasn't ready at agreed time, still required putting through wash, which was busy, ended up getting in car and having to join queue, not even an apology, and still just got basic car wash, Onky one person working having to do valets and run wash. They should have at least 2 working, one doing wash and one doing Valeting
