2 years ago this was a great car wash....now it's just a con. Went in at different times on the Triple Wash-  on both occasions, it was not a triple wash has 3 colour foam, it was just a normal wash.  I went back and told the lad working there, who sent me back through and guess what, it was a triple wash. This proves that they are not providing the actual wash you are paying for. Once is an accident, twice is a con. I agree with other reviews, the lad doing the cleaning isn't interested, going through the motions, and my alloys are always still dirty post wash. I went yesterday having not visited for 6 months just for a quick wash. I noticed the prices have risen. So much so, there's not even a basic wash anymore was £2, the cheapest wash is a fiver!! Ridiculous. Especially when your car comes out not much better than doing it yourself at home. Can't see the place lasting unless it changes drastically.

Paid for the triple form which I have had many times before but definitely didn’t receive it. When you enter the wash it puts a load of coloured form on it but no this time. Was a basic echo wash. Even half way in it says what wash you receive d and nothing was lit up. Please make sure your camara is on while on go, to get the evidence which wash you are on.

Can't complain my car was absolutely filthy and I needed to get it washed all the hand car washes are closed due to lockdown. This place was the only open place as the cars drive through the wash. I got my outside done with underneath which cost me £4.50 which I thought is an absolute bargain considering they only charge £2.50 for an outside wash without underneath. And the local hand car wash places around Liverpool and St Helen's charge no less then £20 for an in an out wash and valeting. This was a money saving experience I had purchased £1.20 interior wipes and £1.20 window wipes from Asda on my last shopping visit so I came home hoovered the car way better than the guys at any car wash would ever. Then used the wipes on the interior and doors and the windows. The end result of my Mercedes AMG was a stunning marvel. In London were I moved from not long ago Car washes charge no more than £12.50 for inside and outside valeting. I am shocked where you have no competition as not competitive like London where you have so many car washes to choose from they actually rip you off here for an inside and out valet. I think in the future I will stick to a quick wash £2.50 and do the rest myself. As it reminded me of being a teenager when I 1st got my licence I would spend a whole morning cleaning my mk1 Golf Clipper Convertible then go out cruising in it with the roof down. Good cardio as well and to put some elbow grease  to take care of your wheels.

DON'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU CLOSE AT 6.30PM WHEN YOU ACTUALLY CLOSE BEFORE 6PM. I WASTED TIME AND PETROL DRIVING TO 2 OF YOUR PLACES ONLY TO FIND THEM CLOSED. IT COULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED AT A WORSER TIME EITHER

Can't fault this car wash in any way. Amazing service every time I visit and always an immaculate finish on the car. The Ultra HD wash leaves my windows spotless for weeks and prevents any harsh marks on the paintwork. Also the valet provided leaves my car looking like it was fresh out of the showroom again.

Service I asked for a £15.00mini valet and was told no only doing the £25.00  ... so just sad no and just got a normal wash

Lovely staff. They give your car the attention it needs and more.

Just going through the car wash. Equipment doesn’t work properly and staff to pre wash the car couldn’t care less about your car. He ijust wets the car and makes no effort to use the jetwash on the wheels or body of the car. I was always happy to come here BUT no more. Terrible service. Waste of time. Car would be cleaner driving through a puddle
