We have booked our 2nd cruise with Imagine cruises. Their prices are very competitive and we found the whole booking process very efficient.nThe the staff we dealt with were engaged, professional and very helpful.nOur calls were answered quickly and documents/emails sent in a timely manner.nOur concierge at customer services was a lovely lady called Nicky, she was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble.nI contacted her on several occasions with concerns and queries which were answered and dealt with speedily and with great patience...nWe have had issues in the past with other cruise companies that are not interested once you have booked, this is not the case with Imagine.nWe would have no hesitation in booking another cruise with them.

Had a fantastic holiday with Imagine cruising from Cambodia to Vietnam. The staff and guides are so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Long in Cambodia. Brilliant trips, excellent food and service. Only one negative was our hotel in Ho Chi Minh, we were put in the Pullman instead of our original hotel, it is too far from the centre and there is very little around it. Apart from that..fabulous!

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING! I have to agree with previous posts regarding the ridiculous amount of deposit lost through cancellation. 8 months away from the booked date, we haven't even had any flights confirmed to date. Based on this, I would assume the losses to Imagine would be negligible, if any at all, however the demand for a further deposit payment after we have cancelled means a hefty loss for us. We should have taken more notice of the Terms and Conditions when booking, unfortunately we didn't do thorough enough research, but hopefully others will, and use a more scrupulous company to book with. It's very sad that this company cannot see the bigger picture - if you didn't insist on demanding a crippling cancellation fee, and instead be considerate of someone's circumstances, you may have instead had a returning customer year on year who would have made you a lot more money than the one time hit on an extortionate cancellation fee.

Been with these 3 times, if everything goes to plan they are great, if something goes wrong then not so good. They use overseas reps which I'm pretty sure they do not vet. Had an issue where the hotel in Buenos Aires managed to break the wheel off my suitcase. I approached the rep for help but despite numerous promises and actual lies and excuses I got nowhere. It wasn't until we got back to the UK and spoke to head office that it was sorted. She was so out of her depth.

Currently on tour in South America with Imagine Cruising and will never use them again. Booked last year for what looked an amazing holiday, unfortunately Imagine changed several flights and hotels citing operational issues. We were told there would be around 50 people on the trip but it now appears there's 200+  Transfers have been very disorganised at some places, they have got us to hotels in the morning but haven't arranged early check ins so we have had to wait with all our luggage therfore losing half a day. Local reps have been overwhelmed, just arrived in Santiago to be told 4 hour waits for rooms so just wander the city until our rooms are ready, nowhere to leave valuables and reps have told us not to out with any valuables but have no solution for the situation. Definitely don't believe the glossy advertising, won't be booking with them again, lots more professional companies to choose from.
