Staff seemed friendly BUT not very competitive on price ... I would definately shop around very near by for the same holiday as I found out to my cost when booking an identical cruise same everything recently, they refused to refund the difference to a cheaper price I had found as I had booked the holiday & paid a deposit 6 days earlier. i'm sure there was something they could have done as a sweetener as my mum has had several cruises from there before & WAS quite a loyal customer.
