Needs modernisation but it is great place for nearby worker to eat since there isn't anything nearby. English breakfast is always a winner and the staff are nice. I have eaten there in 2015 so it has been a while. But I walk past there everyday and it doesn't appear to have change from what I remember. I would recommend this Cafe.
