I have been waiting from the beginning of November for my 1 month old treadmill to be fixed. I was told it will be beginning of December then the end of January. This is the 29th January and no sign of it being fixed. I wish I never bought this treadmill now £600 wasted on a faulty product.
Just had great service and support to get my Nordic Track bike back on the road. Swift and helpful support, thank you.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Faulty equipment, and for over 2 months still not resolved. They try to pressure you into agreeing to callout charges if their engineer can't find a fault. Stay clear of their product!!!
DO NOT EVER BUY OFF OF THIS COMPANY , FAULTY PRODUCTS , CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING .STILL AWAITING A REFUND AND NO REPLIES TO EMAILS FROM THE EVER SO HELPFUL CLEO!!!! Absolutely awful customer service. Low quality unreliable fitness products that this company aren’t prepared to provide any replacement parts or repairs for. Waste of time trying to get any help from these people. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company to anyone. Also dealt with Andrea S.
This company deals with Proform gym equipment do not purchase Proform products there warranty is not worth having. My £1200 exercise bike is scrap metal now even though there is 3 months warranty left they refuse to fix it
