I was very disappointed in the poor quality of the screen printing on the Leeds United away jersey I ordered for my grandson for Christmas. It was done very poorly with a crease in the letters. I emailed and was told how to fix it with a damp cloth and iron but it didn’t work. Do not place an order to be mailed to the US, especially if it is a gift. I also paid full price and ever since I get all the many sale adds emailed to me. I am not interested because the quality is so bad.
Shocking, order placed on the 2nd Dec. After 2 Emails asking why it hasn't been shipped. I finally received Email stating order has been shipped after 2 WEEKS!!.... utterly disgraceful.
A MASSIVE range of products both current and retro. Everything and anything a Leeds United fan would ever want. However, the one bugbear I have is with the cost - especially the junior gear. £50 for a replica shirt and added cost if you would like a name and number on the back seems excessive but probably fairly standard across all clubs no doubt.

Super friendly staff, can do printing on shirts, parking available, plenty of stock. Easy to find could have spent a fortune.
This shop sells the best gear going. It's a shame that they use Hermes/evri to deliver as they cannot be trusted with parcels and certainly not with people's data. You end up getting dodgy phone calls from people pretending to be from MasterCard wanting to know your bank account details. I haven't bought anything from them for a few years because of it.
There is a small car park outside and a bigger car park over the road. Their is a ramp for wheelchairs. Shop is nice and clean things spaced out so tou can see them clearly. It had a great sale on all clothing mens and womens, only thing had a small section for womens clothing. Selling off all last years kit. You can even get stuff on line.
I have rang the club shop 4 times today and the main customer service line twice and not one person answering, wanted to make sure they had the correct size before travelling to Leeds. Really poor as my son wanted his shirt and to look around the club shop but not travelling 1 hour to be told not in stock.
First class service from each of the young, friendly staff that I spoke to. A 'computer picking' problem at the online shop had delivered me the incorrect/incomplete products ... the store staff here swiftly and cheerfully resolved the matter.
Ordered pyjamas however when they arrived there was no top just the bottoms, on packaging clearly states 2 piece. didnt get replaced as asked, customer service very unhelpful.
