It's an absolute pleasure to shop here! There's a full range of the excellent own brand produce. There's a wide range of brand names at reasonable prices. The staff in this branch are exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the location of every item I have ever asked them for. This branch is a credit to the Iceland chain!!!
Super staff especially younger man lending a chair and offering water to local pensioner who had fallen outside and was waiting for and ambulance. While helping pensioner and waiting we also bought other items, good clean shop - Thank you !
I ordered a food shop yesterday and it never turned up last night and I can’t get thru to get it fixed , got an email saying it was delivered when it wasn’t, I have a video door bell to prove this had to order take out for the kids instead , autistic house hold unable to have special food means a very stressed out mum , can’t get thru to the store and the 0800 number cut me off first time , the second time calling back the man kept talking over us , still not resolved
