Nicely located branch that I have enjoyed shopping at for maybe 15 years. Could be slightly larger to accommodate more stock. Decent quality food at affordable prices and good deals at any given time. Parking isn't the best but paid parking is available nearby. Toiletry selection could be bigger as it's rather limited currently. I would recommend this branch to people reading this review.
Local freezer store where you can buy freshly frozen meat, vegetables, meals and dessert and pies at a cheaper price than the big four superstore's. Also you can buy fresh meat and vegetables along with butter and cheese. The also sell other groceries and household items.
This store is better than my local store.
Not a very nice store at all. Security guard really rude I know he as a job to do but really when he packs your bags for you just to look in them it’s not on. On one visit we saw him doing his zip up on his trousers in the middle of the store enough to put anyone off a few manners wouldn’t go a miss.
I absolutely love love. Iceland food is quality the staff are really friendly and approachable and always willing to help you
Brilliant place to shop a variety of food but I go for the slimming world meals
Staff don't actually care about the state of the store, there was a puddle of water on the floor and told a member of staff but nothing was done! Not enough till staff and politeness is unheard unknown here! But prices are great value.
RUDE STAFF!!! drivers have an appalling attitude. When you call head office to complain .all they do is ring iceland tell the manager to have a word.The manager himself has no people skills. Every time people shop in there your in ques for 10 minutes at a time.the whole company needs a reality check.or employ decent staff.
OK, clean, well stocked, fresh salad items looked a little sad.
Well stocked shop , but only one till was open the lady who served me seamed abit stressed and she took her frustration out on me or was she just a unprofessional rude individual who needs a lesson in basic manners and how to treat people, raising her voice at me , talking down to me, huffing and puffing , shaking her head in disgust, refusing to cancel a order. Shouting her problems with me to her co workers who were over 10/15 feet away totally put me on the spot , I felt very belittled and demeaned. For the store manager , your staff member who im talking about in this review is Tracey and I was served at 13:21 on the 11/05/2022. I got her name from the till receipt as I couldn't see a name badge and was to scared to ask. I won't be shopping there again and you should avoid this iceland too, the staff at capehill iceland and soho Road iceland are much more polite, courteous and helpful.
