Great price and very good food and excellent quality service from the staff
I go to this place at least 2 times a week but the customer service is rubbish by the lady with short hair at the till. She looks like the manager in the store but she needs some serious training in customer service. Have seen her chatting leisurely with some people while billing their stuff very slowly and when she sees others queuing up she gets mad/ talks rudely/ frowns at people and one day she threw the "next customer" thing in anger and had to say sorry to the one behind me in the queue. All other staff are friendly and nice but she ruins it all
Came in store today middle aged lady with grey hair was rude to customers. Picked up the next customers thing and threw it across the rubber conveyer belt in a scowling and aggressive manner two customers behind me were shaking their heads and an looked intimidated..I challenged her on her behaviour and she just started shouting and being verbally aggressive. So I walked away. I rang spoke to a member of staff that seemed disinterested and said that it would be best if i found somewhere else to shop...I said right so your saying that if I don't like to be intimidated and abused when I'm shopping I need to shop elsewhere...? I hung up and will be contacting the manager later to discuss. This is disgusting and looking back through some of the comments on here it's just not right...I will be referring him to the review section and suggesting he reads it....
Good staff,professional service,enough parking spaces
Visited the store recently September 29th, as I do several times a month, and was met with the worst customer service ever. A grey haired woman in her 50's serving on the main till ripped into me because I took a carrier bag from the end of the counter rather than from underneath it. This appears to be a cardinal sin at this shop. For the next few minutes, whilst I used the self service till, I was subjected to a ritual slating from her with her criticising my "attitude" to other customers. Even when I left the shop she continued shouting at me. Over a carrier bag. When I complained about my experience Iceland's idea of an apology is "It won't happen again" and they want to offer me a £5 voucher. That's how this business treats it's customers, with contempt. Short of a written apology from the staff assistant concerned Iceland will never have my custom again.
Has a good selection of different food but if you a bigger range go to the warehouse too staff are great here too
Called in this morning, very nasty piece of work on the tills obviously stressed out with her job!! but no need to slam things down. She is one of two nasty pieces of work in your store. They need to take some customer care lessons from the lovely and friendly young brunette lady filling the shelves.
Great deals on their frozen items the majority of the time. Friendly staff who will help if you need it. Veggie range fluctuates a little, we've been hoping to see certain items return but it's been a number of weeks now and it doesn't seem like it will be returning :
Fantastic guys staff friendly and delivery guys no1
It's going a bit downhill prices going up, but stock is going down and they are having less and less in.
