I went to the store at 4:45pm on the 4/10/2023 and due to been disabled I asked a member of staff for help with 3 crates of pop if they could please take it to my car witch was only 20yards from the store and they were happy to help until one member of staff who would not give me his name through the pop in a trolley and said take it my self as its not there problem, shocked I asked for his name to be told they don't give names out but clearly he was a supervisor or something as he told the member of staff who wanted to help that its not his job he must not offer to help at all, the store was empty at the time so was very took back and upset by this............... shocked and angry
This is a high street store and parking outside is disabled only, and the traffic wardens are quite keen. This is a usual Iceland store with a wide range of products to choose from.
I went in here today on a trip to town and it was amazing! I was very thrilled to find Gregg's sausage rolls and baked pastries in the frozen section so I bought some which are cooking right now! I also bought some T.G.I Fridays Southern Fried Chicken and Harry Ramsdens Battered Sausages which I am sure will be amazing. I will definitely be back to Iceland for more frozen goods!
It's an OK supermarket. Good value on everyday essentials plus loads of frozen food as you would expect. Staff could be friendlier hence 4 stars!
Phoned the store and was spoken to in a friendly manner to check a 3 for £10 deal on the receipt. Everything was in order! I just didn't know where to look at the total discounts
Staff member Sharon really lovely, majorly went out of her way to help us! Very informative! Shame about the other gentleman who refused to deliver for us and being awkward. Isles very narrow to squeeze through also, especially when you have a pushchair, good for the little essentials but not good for a big shop, thanks anyway Sharon
Well organised and fresh groceries
Ana and I come here at least once a week. Generally well filled despite being a fairly small shop. The star was lost because of the staff who really don’t have good customer ways about them. Bordering like today with me hostility because they had to enter my card number manually!
A good shop for fast foods in Evesham.
Good choice of groceries but too much convenience / unhealthy foods. Frozen veg and fruit range has reduced over the years. Although increase in vegan options is welcomed. Prices still very competitive.
