For one the deals are great, other Iceland stores have brilliant customer service but for once, in all of the Iceland's I've been in this specific establishment has some pickle called Claire maybe had a bad day but speaking her mind all because I realised I had too many products to fit into my freezer. We're only human There were many customers in the queue after me and many more queuing for the till next to me, which obviously heard as I heard clear as day... The person serving me, his name tag said mat, his customer service was ten ten made me feel like I was talking to an actual person, Claire obviously made him feel uncomfortable as he didn't know what to say/ do, bless him. All in all banging deals, some great staff, which are obviously over looked by people that don't know how to act in their roll, I feel like 2 stars is more than fair as the way I felt after that situation has made me not go in their since, what a shame...
I'm in here alot. It's an Iceland at the end of the day, you've been in one then you've been in them all. However this Iceland gets its high rating purely for the staff, they are all very kind and willing to help. Never too busy to assist you and even happy to have a little gab and a laugh when serving you on the tills. It's customer service don't right and I can't fault them for anything.
Good staff and products usually go on Tuesdays my husband gets discount
This store is absolutely poor. Overcharged by double price of a product. This store has been a constant issue these past 2yrs. I don't recommend this store it's a total joke. Iceland should of never came back after it left first time. This store was great years ago. P.S. If you don't like bits of plastic in your food I'd avoid the shop full stop. To then be mugged of with a £15 goodwill that I still haven't received from 3months ago. Now in process of sueing Iceland with evidence.
Good shop but could do with some improvements the shop layout is very poor
Well positioned on the high St, close to public parking. They have great offers. However, the store itself is starting to look a bit tired and the staffing levels seem low.
Clean well presented parking only available a different location . Presently some good deals on salt pepper chicken and salt garlic chicken all made from chicken breast . Service only one till open as keeping staff overheads low it seems . It good that major store still in town centre keeping the town alive. Update the prices are getting higher no longer giving customers value for their money and limited stock. Example Gregg's frozen sausage rolls are cheaper in Gregg's as a four pack .
Very nice and friendly staff. Ideally situated on market square so great for car parks and public transport. Easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs as wide aisles and all on one level. Prices very clear and great value for money. Also offer home delivery service free if spend over £25.00. Special offers change every week. Always clean and shelves always restocked regularly.
Only place including amazon that I could buy what I needed. Has improved tremendously over last 5 years. Friendly staff. Fresh as well as frozen. Cheap for soft drinks and sweets.
Lovely helpful cashier today. Asked if I had a voucher hadn't got it with me but got the discount. Doing their best to help customers.
