The staff, regardless of how busy they are on the checkouts, are always polite and helpful. The store is within walking distance, so it's virtually a corner store for me. There are other supermarkets less than 2 miles away, but I know what I am getting for a decent price.
Well laid out Store with disabled parking 7 places outside the Store with p/c places shared carpark with the other stores on the site so can be crowded at peak times usual in store bargains and special buys the store has has a interior makeover with all chill cabinets being inclosed in store
30 minutes wait time for click and collect is not acceptable. I can do my shopping myself in the same amount of time.... notified them of my arrival at 11:38, food arrived at 12:09. The lady in the car next to me waited over 35 minutes apparently and had to go into the store to ask where her food is.... will go shopping at another aldi from now on, click and collect is meant to be a time save, not take longer than do the shopping myself.....
Visited on a Monday midday . Lots of empty spaces in meat and poultry section shelves . very muddly . It was my first visit so difficult to find my way round. had a good selection of beers. Vegetables looked fresh . Staff were helpful.
I live doors away and luckily because I don't drive the staff let me take shopping in trollies home and I always take it back. The staff are absolutely fabulous.
Come here mainly for nappies cheaper and leak less than bigger brands in our experience. The wagyu burgers are tasty too!
Very happy with all the products that I purchased,my only gripe was that going to a self service was an experience that I will not be repeating the reason I had a member of staff standing watching every move that I made so I was a thief before I had even started my purchasing so even though I was innocent I felt very uncomfortable so will be using the manned checkout from now on.
Didn’t really feel appropriate for one of their employees to be sat in between the family parking spaces smoking.
This afternoons trip was calm and the usual shopping trip. However, the new addition in store is in the gap by till 1. This now has self serve checkouts installed. Cash / card one side card only by the wall and it apears somebody there watching / helping
The cheapest shop to do your weekly food shopping in. Better than Lidl. Quality also better for most of things. Thanks
