There was luggage delay for 48 hours. No mention about overnight pack I arrived at night and was very uncomfortable with no extra clothes and toiletries. I had to go and shop the following day. And no follow up regarding reimbursement. I flew business and the seat was very dirty and needed a lot of maintenance. You could see all the dirt. And the staff also needs training.
What a sh!!t show, luggage’s delayed only to be told either lost or damaged! Only one customer agent at desk to help. Was told to file a claim online for damaged suitcase but link did not work. After an hour and queuing 3 times finally got some help. Told to go home with no reference or documents that my claim had been filed. Hopefully I get an email or text that a claim has been filed in 24-48 hours! I count myself as lucky, others had their baggage completely lost and other’s baggage ended in other parts of Spain!
I want to congratulate the customer service representative Shawon who attended us at Heathrow airport. Not only a highly competent person we witnessed that he speaks several languages with enormous fluency, but infinitely kind and solicitous. He saw that I was with the sunflower lanyard and tried to assist us in the best way. We are very grateful to him, since he was the reason why our trip was excellent. These types of people are the ones who make a company great. Consider raising it in rank and salary. Such a person makes a difference. He did it for us. Thank you
The flight was on time and the entertainment worked, and the staff kind. Those are the stars. But the level of cleanliness was bad. I’ve never been on such filthy planes my entire life. My blanket had dirt crusted on it. As if it had been used for a picnic at the park before making its way to my seat… the toilet seats so worn they were multicolor… my coat which while I was asleep ended up on the floor, has strange mystery black gunk on it. Such a lack of care of these details concerns me for other details that must be getting overlooked on these clearly old airplanes.
I wish I could give this airline zero stars. They are focused on taking your money at all costs. Even when they make mistakes, they make you pay for them, not just in terms of money but also time and stress. It's frustrating to deal with such incompetent staff at their consumer services. Something should be done about this. The worst of all the airlines. Terrible customer service. They made a mistake, they finally admitted if they didn't delete the calls, it was recorded. Then they told me that I still had to pay 28 euros. I took a deep breath, and to not have to get in touch with them again, I agreed to pay them. They left me on the line for 5 minutes and returned to tell me that I must pay 443 euros because the prices had changed. After laughing and telling them that obviously, I wouldn't pay that, they said that they would see what to do in a tone of "let's do you a favour", they came back and told me that they could leave it at 130 euros. It's a mockery, a shamelessness. I've been dealing with them for months, and I can't take it anymore. Everything becomes very murky with them.
Poor quality airline as t5 only two people working which they also deal with business class. Waited about 40 min to drop my luggage.
Terrible business practices, abysmal customer service, and very poorly trained rude phone representatives. Since negative stars aren’t a thing they should be Iberia receives one star. I’d recommend never using them. I was given misinformation more than once by phone reps. This led me to purchase a flight I couldn’t even use and they refused to refund the expense. I requested they listen to the calls in which I was told the wrong info, and after weeks I am still waiting. I’ve called a few times to check on the status, only to be treated rudely and still have no resolution. Oh and I wanted to upgrade my tickets, but they pointed me elsewhere and back and forth it went. Iberia never could figure it out. Do better Iberia.
Great experience with Iberia Airlines. Booked through BA and flights were operated by Iberia. Don’t listen to all the negatives… I’m not a native Spanish speaker and the crew on the ground and on board were all polite on my flight out to Madrid and back to the UK. Really happy with it all and I will use again over RyanAir or EasyJet!!
Lost half of our luggage. Claimed they returned it to us and closed the case. We went to the office and forced them to reopen as we received nothing. Then then closed again a few days later claiming they paid us compensation. They gave us nothing. Avoid!
can you stop with the chemtrails and adding clouds to the skies above Paris. We see your planes doing chemtrails/weather modification.
