I could not recommend nor praise the service we received from Amy at Ian Hazel Funerals more highly. From the moment I contacted her she anticipated my every need before I had time to think let alone ask what I should do next. Nothing, at any time, was too much trouble for her culminating in my family and I actually being able to enjoy our journey and being able to give our dad the send off he himself would have chosen. At a difficult and emotional time, their sign of a hand being gently held and led made absolutely perfect sense. Thank you all so much x
My mother had used Ian Hazel for dad's funeral so it was appropriate to look to them for her funeral. An appointment was made to see James Horne. What a nice man. He explained the process and what we needed to do in a very kind way. He obviously could see that we were upset but also had some humorous stories to tell and this lightened the moment. On the day everything ran smoothly and we were in the kind hands of Amy Hazel. Her care and understanding made what could have been a very difficult day less so. Thank you Ian Hazel Funerals.
Outstanding coordination of requiem mass in Sutton Coldfield and burial in south Birmingham. Thank you! The team are professional, experienced, friendly, adaptable and efficient. They helped ensure a family requiem mass had all the required music and ceremony. They liaised with everyone involved exceptionally well. They made the day very special. I recommend them and would use them in future should the need arise.

We chose Ian Hazel after looking at the website / we liked that it was family run and it’s charity links. We dealt with Sue M Forrest and she made what was an extremely difficult time for us the funeral of our 24 year old son more bearable. She answered our questions and advised us well . We felt confident in her and she went out of her way to help us - liaising with our celebrant who was traveling from another part of the country. The service / day went perfectly and we have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Dignified caring service. Their excellent service ensured that organising a funeral was not stressful. Hazel's had thought of everything & nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately we have had to use the services of Ian Hazel on a few occasions, however that is testament to the professional, caring & compassionate way we have been treated as a family. No detail was left unturned, all arrangements were attended to & we were guided by Sue with expertise but most importantly genuine care. When the time comes when we need these services again we will use Ian Hazel's.
