Excellent, good friendly staff keep you updated fair prices good workmanship. Do exactly what they say. Won't try to rip you off like some places.
Had rear bumper, exhaust and silencer etc. replaced/repaired. I didn't have to worry about cost as it was through a third party's insurance claim. Nonetheless, they fixed destroyed parts with original manufacturer parts and did a great job on repaired parts. Handled my car with care as they picked it up from my house and I dropped my courtesy car at their site and they drove it back to the rental company for me
Horrible people mixed with very nice ones, overall a bad experience. Had car damaged in an accident and Fix Auto was named as repairer by my insurance. Firstly did not want to give me a replacement car and I had to insist, then treated me very badly when I wanted my car back, one of them put the phone down mid conversation... I finally collected the car and it was a mess, dirty, missing clips to fix panels. Terrible experience. Will never go to this ppl for any repair or anything really.
My insurer stipulated that I use this repairer. Unfortunately I had issues from start to finish. I could not honestly recommend them to you at all. The courtesy car had a crack in the windscreen that got steadily larger which I had to pay the excess for. My car was returned with a headlight full of condensed water, The coolant level was well above the maximum line even when cold and for some reason they had decided to glue in with silicon an old alloy wheel centre cap in stead of replace with a new one. When questioned about this they insisted they were doing me a favour but the wheel in question was on the side of the accident? These are the problems that I can actually see. I worry if there are any more that I can't. The young man that answered the phone repeatedly spoke over me when trying to ask questions or challenge what had been done and isisted that the issues were my doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIRER!
Had my car fully resprayed and the guy's did a great job at a fair price. Good turn around time as well. Would use them again.A+
Had my vehicle repaired by them after an accident, great standard of work and Rebecca very helpful and pleasure to chat too.
Saga called them and told me. They arranged a pick up. When next I returned to this area it was ready so I went and picked it up. Quality of job - superb Service - excellent Would recommend always.
Unhelpful. Was quoted a ridiculous price for a simple job. Went elsewhere, got a quote half the price. Rude staff.
10 out of 10 receptions staff are great and very helpful
