Arrived, checked faulty boiler, advised that boiler was indeed faulty, stated that it could be various items causing fault but that new boiler would be advised. All in 20 mins and took £85. Still left with faulty boiler. Think twice. Unless you want to be told the obvious at high fee. Response to owners reply; Update, boiler now working fine, please come and inspect if so desire. Maybe refund some of the fee. No leaks, just warm heating and instant hot shower. No major strip down required oddly. Boiler is 12-15 years old therefore no magical digital fault code readings just knowledge required. Multiple water leaks from a single hose? simple air bleed solved hose issue. Replacement could be an option but not just yet as its working fine. Repair cost, much, much less that £85.

Called Ian because of dripping main stop-cock in kitchen when trying to get a new washing machine installed. First time I'd use his services and extremely impressed. Came out same day I called and sorted the issue within minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again without hesitation and have already recommended him to our neighbour. Top job. Thanks Ian!

Brilliant service. Clean, efficient and reasonably priced to correct the mistakes that my kitchen fitter left with my range cooker.
