New boiler installed 11 months ago, it has been faulty for 7 months. No urgency to fix it, boiler still faulty. Blasts heat out regardless of what the temperature is & hot water is barely warm at best. Not saying they are cowboys but when they arrive on site they do tend to park their vans in a circle & light a fire in the middle. Avoid at all costs.

I would give half star. Burst radiator in bathroom. I'm on my own and disabled. water coming through kitchen, told me turn water off. had to get neighbour to do that after half hour, electrics went off, turned off boiler. friendly neighbour drained radiators as water was still coming through kitchen. called again as no one called the to say when they were coming. No water or heating still. I can't believe they would just leave me to freeze, someone was coming, then according to agent said they couldn't come as they finished work now till morning. well not what I played for, as I'm on my own with disability, thought I'd be safe! no just told to calm down, lied about calling me back in 2 hours, if it wasnt for my neighbour I would hate to think what my house would be like. I'm cancelling this policy as am so upset

When our boiler failed to provide hot water it took four days from speaking to a thoroughly uninterested Corgi representative for a response from an engineer, by which time I'd already had it working. Our last boiler service took approximately ten minutes, I doubt it was even opened. Also, make sure you know exactly what cover you have. Despite the monthly payments increasing every year, so I was actually paying the same for the top cover when I first signed up to the scheme, I was told the toilet waste pipe wasn't covered when I found it was blocked. They claim to have an excellent Trust Pilot rating but you take the time to actually read the reviews you'll see some complete horror stories. Do yourself a favour and bank the premiums instead of paying for this terrible service.

Worst company I have EVER encountered. They say someone will be in touch within 24 hours and then don't........days later when the engineer is due after waiting and waiting...he didn't turn up at the time arranged, I therefore cancelled my policy and requested a refund which they agreed to, but for which I am still waiting! They use the name Corgi to con people into thinking they are as good as the name would suggest as the current 'Gas Safe ' qualified people used to be known as 'Corgi Registered' - what a crock of ****!

The worst service ever. I would defiantly not recommend this company, customer service is appalling. Good luck if you need an engineer in a hurry. You will be waiting days, that’s if one turns up at all!
