Just had a new boiler installed. Excellent, fast efficient service where Ian always answered the phone or replied very quickly. Jack and his team installed the boiler. They did an amazing job; polite, professional, on time and always tidied up afterwards. Awesome work, thank you guys!

They answered the phone promptly and arranged a visit for the next day.

The two lads were polite and well mannered with a good work ethic.

The issue was sorted and I was happy with their work!

Ian has always sorted our plumbing needs.  Very friendly and professional,  Top class work.  Would always recommend him.

We have worked with Ian and his team for over 10 years and the service has always been excellent and the response has been very quick with the work usually being completed within a day.

When have a plumbing problem we always call Ian and his team.

I would not recommend this company for their terrible customer service, unprofessional attitude and lack of courtesy to customers. On the first occasion i was told work would be done on one of 2 days but then on the first of those days, i was emailed to say it would happen a day later than discussed. The second time i was told it would be either of 2 days then when i questioned exactly when they would be there after missing the first day was told maybe the next day but no guarantee - i don't expect to be treated like this by a company who i am paying for a service especially when their hourly rates are so high and when they advertise on their website that they pride themselves on excellent customer services and prompt service. I sent a complaint to this effect but received no response - hence the review, had my complaint been responded to, i would not be posting a bad review.
