I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coppertop Heating; knowledgeable, professional, courteous. We have called upon Chris' expertise a number of times for our home and rental properties. Boiler services, boiler repairs, general advice, radiator replacements are work that he has carried out and his responsiveness is second to none!

Can’t recommend enough. Very helpful, very respectful. Wore coverings for his shoes the second he stepped in the house. Completed a service on the boiler and checked the water tank. Chris found an intermittent fault on the thermostat but didn’t try pushing anything at all, was more than happy to just leave it but was also happy to offer info on like for like replacement or suitable swap out. Very reasonably priced and I will happily use him again. Will use every time I have an issue.

Great plumber. Changed our shower pump and installed a new thermostat. Good communications. We didn't need to wait long for the work be done and he has really good shoe covers.

Chris is really helpful, I had an issue with my boiler during winter and he was able to get it fixed really quickly and at a very reasonable cost - cheaper than initially expected too, which is always appreciated. Have used Coppertop for annual central heating servicing too - a knowledgable, easy to deal with and reliable company which I highly recommend.

Chris was an absolute legend in fixing my boiler when it wouldnt start up this morning. In this sub zero temperature, he came out on emergency, kept me well informed on the issue and even offered me some quick fix advice that might have cleared the issue without need for attendance if my issue hadnt been so bad. I had a same day repair and had a service and certification done whilst he was here. Chris saved the day and was very professional and knowledgable.  He will be my number 1 go to if i have any other issues with my heating/plumbing.  Thanks Chris!

Chris is a awesome Heating/Plumbing Engineer, very knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced work. We called him in for 3 separate jobs and very happy with each. Would highly recommend Chris and will definitely use him again

Chris came to remove my existing system and replace with a new Combi boiler and Hive system. The pipes laid for gas and water are impeccable, as was the speed and quality of work and the communication provided with clear explanation of what was happening. I would thoroughly recommend Chris at Coppertop.

Brilliant service from Chris, he came to look at the problem very promptly and thoroughly investigated the issue to ensure we determined the root cause, rather than replacing the boiler as advised by an alternative engineer! We will continue to use his services in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else in the Basingstoke area.

Chris came and carried out the work as agreed to service our boiler and gas fire. He also made some adjustments to the heating system and gave some valuable advice. We were only charged for the agreed amount for the service. Would thoroughly recommend him. Many thanks
