Dear all, I just wanted the opportunity to let everyone know what a superb Post Office we have! People are very quick to criticise these days and sometimes not so swift to praise when it’s due. We have a jewel on our High Street, top class customer service, subject matter experts and altogether spot-on, thank you very much indeed
Was crazy in there and instead allowing me to get my parcel posted back to Amazon as a drop off. I had to queue up and then the woman from the other counter calls me over to her. I said I was at yours and you told me to queue over here. A bit of a silly system if I'm honest, also they finally opened up another Post office counter and then a guy from Open reach comes in so she goes off and talking to him about whatever. Was a nightmare down here today.
As a local small business owner, I've been using Hythe Post Office nearly every day for the last ten years and it's been an absolute godsend. They kept the service running throughout the pandemic and coped admirably with the huge changes wrought by Brexit, providing an efficient and professional service balanced with the individual needs of their many customers and businesses. Lesley, Vani, Helen and Asvini are a terrific team and we're lucky to have them.
Did you realise your phone number on GMB is not valid? It's not possible to phone you. Thank you for your quick response. Just wanted to add that my passport renewal application that I sent via your check and send service went off on 4th October and the new passport has arrived safely already on 14th! Very quick - only 10 days - great stuff!
Thanks to the wonderful lady staff member who helped us sort a renewal. If it wasn't for her, we would have got in a tiz. Exceptional service

Well, we will not be using this Post Office again. Whoever the gentleman i use that word very loosely that was serving there today is just about the rudest person i have ever come across. If he is that unhappy then he needs to seek alternative employment!
If you try and call they just pick up the phone and immediately put it down again. I would call back they then just picked it up and left it on the side and ignored it. Woeful service.
Lesley makes the post office experience wonderful. All the staff are lovely, amazing service, very efficient.
