After just one night with my Hypnos bedding, I’m already very impressed. The quality is outstanding and the comfort was noticeable straight away. The mattress topper and reactive latex pillow felt supportive yet luxurious, and I slept extremely well. If this is the first night’s result, I can’t wait to see how it feels long term. Highly recommend so far
We bought a Hypnos mattress just 5 years ago for over £1,000, expecting quality and longevity — especially given Hypnos advertise a 10-year warranty. Instead, after ongoing discomfort, we contacted them and they sent someone from their team to conduct a report which confirmed the mattress has dropped by 6cm, with craters across both sides of the bed.nDespite this clear evidence of failure well within their stated 10-year warranty, Hypnos have washed their hands of the issue, claiming it’s “not a manufacturers fault” and have now closed the case. I genuinely have to ask: if a mattress structurally collapses within the warranty period, whose problem is it if not the manufacturer’s?nFor a so-called premium brand, this is completely unacceptable. A mattress at this price point should last far longer than five years and certainly should not resemble a lunar surface.nTo make matters worse, customer service has been terrible — dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility even when presented with documented proof.nDo not waste your money. We paid a premium price for what turned out to be a premium disappointment.
Well this is the second purchase from the same retail store and only when people do Understand that we live in this world and we use to lay in bed over 3rd of our time during of our life, is time to pay your attention for something that really important and needs to make difference while you are sleeping and Hypnos manufacturer show room for bed and mattress at your choice and expectations, I will say this is one of the best place where you can feel, seat, laying for short time to allow your body to respond to new mattress how comfortably it is while testing the best suitable mattresses for your self with vast collection of types and tension your body requires, a brilliant lady from desk that know quite a lot about beds and mattresses can assist you, with your enquiries not bad coffee.n*As manufacturing and to be so restricted on alteration like change castors to chrome feet, and made super storage divan smaller in height, not meeting customers requirements in any way easy answer sorry we can not have that etc…n* Based on my memory from last visit back in 2019, nothing change apart layout of the beds, I would say this place requires little bit refurbish more light and ventilation and fresh air, is to closed inside.
Went there to find the right bed as they had the whole range of beds to test and find the most appropriate one.nThe staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, which was very helpful.
After sending his two faulty mattress’s the third £1,300 Mattress only lasted 2 months before starting to sagg either side. It continues to deteriorate. The company has been dishonest and the after sales appalling.nI wouldn’t ever buy a Hypnos mattress again.
