Lovely furniture and good quality. Had new cushions made for some older chairs and waited the expected 8 weeks for completion. However, the delivery time for these once completed was appalling. Ercol needs to get a new courier. Over 2 weeks is not on, especially with no communication from them.

I bought about 35 years ago,in Spain  and I am very happy,they look great and as new as when I bought them

I have been a great fan of Ercol for over 50 years, I am disappointed that a chair I bought had a very obvious fire label. I am even more disappointed at the reaction of Ercol. Withe the exception of one person I got no interest  at all. All I got from them was it is the law to have a label. That was never in dispute. Strangely a label on the sofa I bought at the same time is hidden.  I will continue to buy display cabinets, dining room chairs and tables  etc in future if I need them but would no longer buy sofas or easy chairs. The chair was not very comfortable, my fault I should have realised that in the showroom.
