Great store with plenty of experienced blokes
Helpful and knowledgable chaps in both the yard and the shop. We often get supplies from huws gray and will continue to do so
I went here to get something to make my windows waterproof. The assistant went all around the store with me making suggestions and getting technical information for me. He was also very knowledgeable about most of the products. Would highly recommend them.
Great staff and a selection of most fixings and fittings. Good lumber yard and warehouse with cement etc. Lacks a few higher end tools and not many power tools in stock.
This is the fourth time that I have used Huws Gray in Leebotwood and I will never use any other Builders’ Merchant Company again. Their customer service is way above and beyond what one would expect. From the initial phone call where I was called Madam to the cheery delivery drivers, the service is excellent. Today when I bought the items that I needed urgently, I was told that their delivery drivers were full for today and tomorrow, but they would try their best to get the wood delivered by our deadline of Saturday. Then, I had the delivery today, Thursday. Very happy Bunny. Thank you H.G.
Since the change of ownership, the great range of products is even better. Thankfully, the same friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff hasn’t changed. Excellent and highly recommended!
Better place to go than TP no waiting straight in and out again. Did not need to phone order then get it a day later as with TP where I have account.
Very helpful staff, gave great advice and sorted me out with some obsolete brick matches.
