Jake provides a great service, separate consultation to your first session, provides a personalised training plan to follow yourself, which is great. Highly recommend HUSH.

After a great consultation last week and an even better first session today with Jake, I cannot recommend Jake and Hush Private Gym enough.

I have been training with Jake at Hush for 9 weeks now to develop strength in my back to prevent an ongoing injury. Sessions are always varied, effective and lighthearted. I'm really happy with my results and would recommend Jake to anyone looking to achieve a similar goal.

Would happily recommend Jake and Hush gym to anyone interested in one to one sessions that actually get results.  Great set up and with a very personal, goal orientated approach to each session its much easier to stay motivated and work toward goals. Jakes knowledge and enthusiasm makes for great session wether you’re a complete beginner or experienced fitness nut.
