I wanted to get fitter and stronger and improve my mobility and can say that with AKR’s semi-private PT sessions I have achieved these goals and am in the best shape I have been in years.

Mike & Lynsey provide excellent coaching and motivation in the supportive and inclusive environment that is AKR Fitness.

Fantastic fitness community!  Best decision I have ever made was to join, Mike and Lynsey are brilliant and I've made so many great friends.  Highly recommend the place.
