After a 4 mile walk, it was very nice to actually find a pub that was open. The staff we very accommodating. We only had a "light bite " but we had a jacket potato, and I was well prepared and presented. We enjoyed our brief visit
Lovely pub, very welcoming and friendly staff. Food was reasonably priced and good quality. Relaxed setting and wheelchair access. Lots of parking and a large beer garde no.Rooms: 5/5
Food fine. Main problem was no heating. Freezing cold. Didn't take our coats off. Stoves not lit, radiators off. It was v busy but happy to wait if warm and comfortable. Wouldn't recommend it for that reason.

Friendly, traditional style pub with attentive staff, good food and good choice of drinks. Large beer garden at rear. Had venison Barnsley chop from specials list which was absolutely delicious. Hunter’s chicken always a good choice too. Most mains dishes around £15
Visited during our relaxing period from the hard day of training at Eastwood Park. Friendly staff. Great beers. Especially the people i went with. Service: 5/5

Haven't been here for around 10years but what a difference in the place.Had a great meal and we will definitely go back again service was quick and staff polite well done . Guys worth a visit
