The charity prides itself on being ethical.. I can vouch for this.nTheir policies are online and you can question them about it... better yet you can call their call centre to discuss your money and where did they spend it on. Loved the transparency.
Unfortunately like many others, I originally donated and that alone makes the charity great. However the harassment that follows is endless. Multiple calls, texts, constant communication. It is spamming and very annoying. It’s more like a cold call than a charity. Makes you wonder how legitimate it is.
I donated using this charity, I’ve heard some stuff about how about them, my review isn’t regarding that, since donating I’ve had over 50/60 calls from them. I told them delete my number out of your system when I need to donate I will use you’s myself, since then I have had numerous calls, I wasn’t going to leave this review but they’ve called me again today, do they not have no shame harassing and bombarding me with calls over and over again, this has been done to numerous people I know as well. If you are reading this review human appeal, fix up and when someone says respectfully take me off your system. Do just that, they have zero listening skills
i have donated once, and since then i have been constantly harassed and they’ve been calling me all the time. wouldn’t recommend! don’t bother with these people!!!!!
Theft .... they took a large amount out of my bank without my permission... then clearly refused to do anything about it....nTHIVES IS WHAT THEY ARE
