From start to finish we received exceptional customer service from Will. He was very courteous & knowledgable and above else very friendly. We were wedding suit shopping & this was our first stop; it turns out this would be our only stop after finding a beautiful suit for our Rhodes Summer wedding. Highly recommend Hugo Boss to anyone & also massive thank you again to Will. Fab, fab, fab!
Sales woman was very helpful and even brought out stock from the back when we were looking for something out of season. Excellent service!

The manager and staff in the men's department of this store are rude, vulgar chavs, dressed to the nines, only because they have a clothing allowance. Though none of them have the type of class you would expect from a premium fashion house label such as Hugo Boss! The minute you walk through the door the staff jump on you, usually with inappropriate laddish banter of the kind that dose not belong in a high fashion environment !! They don't care about their customers here, as they focus more on the up sell rather than delivering a high standard of customer service. I overheard two of them laughing and sniggering about how much money they were going to take from a customer when he was in the dressing room. A horrible place, with staff who seem to promote a culture of disrespect behind the backs of their customers. I have always loved the Hugo Boss brand. But I will not shop here again. They need to hire more Worldly, mature, professional staff who look, speak and act the part.
Wide range of well made clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to enjoy helping you. There was hand sanitizer at the door which I am pleased about. Overall I will be shopping here again.
Staff are extremely helpful, checked other branches and Web store, even called a neighbouring shop to locate a polo shirt in my size. Very impressed.
i was in this store yesterday, the staff were very helpful, one young girl helped me with everything i did mention this to the manager to be told it was her first day, i will definately go back again .
I spent thousands of pounds at hugo boss shops all over the country but this shop is the worse I ever come across and will not buy hugo boss ever again,I bought a tracksuit from this shop and I don't know if they sell fake or what because I washed the tracksuit for the first time on 30 as it said on the label and as I washed other hundreds of tracksuits from hugo before and it never happened but not this one,it shrunk for God knows what reason so I took it back for an exchange but the manager picked up another tracksuit top up and said mine wasn't shrunk I stood there in disbelief that that was actually happening and didn't exchange it and was bloody rude about it,I would highly recommend not to shop at this shop as it is not what hugo boss is about and will be reporting this incident to traiding standard
