Hugh Baird College is a College and University Centre situated in Merseyside, England.

We are one of the largest providers of education and training in the area, delivering over 300 courses to more than 5,000 students.

We offer courses from Entry Level to Level 3, A-levels, Apprenticeships and University level courses, Foundation Degrees and Degrees.

Went to the Open Day and was hit with their £27,000 bill before they'd offer a course. Seem like a bunch of cowboys on the make and miles behind market leaders. Tear it down and put up a music venue with facilities for leccy bikes and scooters to have fun. Add a high tech computer hub and it would be self learning by social activities.
The college can be seen from a distance and is in a good location with plenty of parking. The school has a lot to offer for a young person and the staff at reception are very helpful. The buffet is superbly equipped with friendly service.
I had a student arrive asking for a placement having attended the College for 1 and a half years Barber's course I was shocked to say the least as she couldn't buzz cut a No1 all-over basic stuff. She's now coming on leaps and bounds under my tutorship
Been going here for 8 years trying to do my GVSBs never can learn me the right way, teacher breath smells like poo and the facilities have toenails
Started my foundation degree course in 2020 for Computer Science and can not speak highly enough of one of my tutors.nnElly Foran will go above and beyond for her students and she is a real gem to the College.nnShe was always there if you needed help with anything and is an understanding and wonderful woman.nnThe staff at the University centre were friendly and the food there was gorgeous.nnMy only downside to my academic experience there is through no fault of the tutors but the real lack and options of Student work placements in 2021.
