Decent breakfast a little on the high side compared to some places in town but its a great location and is extremely dog friendly too ! I was a bit surprised by the flat white cup size as quite small compared to most places but everything else was great and very friendly and fast service we will definitely go back again.
Lovely dog friendly venue georgeous food! Afternoon out with the retirees! And two mille doggys! Lovely staff very efficient
Food was nice, staff were lovely, but dinner dog owners didn't keep their dogs quiet. This ruined the atmosphere, ours and lots of other dogs were good but left with a headache. It was Sunday so only sandwiches and soup on the menu, the sandwiches were lovely and would like to try the other food on another day.Food: 4/5
First time visit to this hidden surprise at Pontefract race course. Tasty food, generous portions and lovely attentive staff. The 50's style décor was a pleasant surprise when we visited and the welcome and support of a nursing mum was much appreciated. Looking forward to a return trip. Kid-friendliness: Visited with a new mum who felt comfortable to breast feed. Parking: Big free car park.
Fab breakfast and brilliant service from the staff. I went there with my dog for a cooked breakfast. If you want old school customer service, in a nice environment, with good food, you should definitely visit this place. If I can criticise them for anything it would be their marketing. The name doesn't lend itself to a place that does fab breakfasts and I've avoided this place thinking it was just a coffee shop. This is a great pit stop whilst walking round the racecourse or worth a little trip out. Definitely worth the visit
Decent coffee, but poor value at £3.50 for a smaller than regular flat white. Not sure why the flat white is 50p more expensive than the latte.. Good place to stop after a walk in the park.Food: 3/5
My wife and I called midweek and had a lovely coffee so decided to go again on Sunday, there were no signs to say what time they closed so were dumbfounded to find the cafe and gates closed and locked when we got back, my wife is disabled so had to phone my daughter to pick us up, will not go back again.
A good breakfast and a really nice coffee and The staff was nice. Dog friendly with outside seating area. Will definitely be returning Parking: It is a large carpark straight outside the cafe
Worthwhile finding the place, tucked away at the far side of the racing pavilions .. American style diner with a good selection of drinks & food. It'd be really good if they had a "bike night" once a week or month Next time I call I'll bring the dogs too seeing as it's dog friendly
Gets very busy. Dog friendly inside. The menu has a good choice. Friendly staff. We've only visited a couple of times but enjoyed our drinks and food on both occasions.Food: 5/5
