Avoid! They wasted two weeks of my time! This is what I just received from them: “Apologies for the delay in getting the goods to you, we will arrange for the refund to be processed today, it may take 3-5 business days to process.” Having read others’ feedback, I am convinced that these guys are doing money laundering. Receiving thousands of orders that can reach millions of pounds, and then keeping moneys in their bank as long as they could under the umbrella of excusing for delays!… and, after battles with customers, delaying for refunding within 3-5 business days! Indeed a great business model as APRs are also high! They can earn £££ from doing nothing! Please read others’ feedback. I didn’t and paid the price.
Used this company today to hire a 9.2 meter triple ladder for painting a clients facias and soffits. Only booked it in last night also. Ricky was very helpful and friendly guy. Would highly recommend his services. This is inside howarth timber Have much more items available to hire. And will be using again
Steve was particularly helpful. He made sure the equipment I needed was there on the day I needed it. He rang to let me know it had come in. All staff were friendly and provided an amazing rental experience.
Good prices and services was good.
