Hard to get an appointment however staff are friendly and has modern interior

From day one staff have been unhelpful. Arrived on a Saturday morning 30min before they closed just to update address and reopen Account with proof of address as well as deposit 500 pound. I was told that they close in 30 and want to go home so can't help me I need to come on monday. All in all it took five minutes. Little did I know it was not actually processed on Saturday. Now Tuesday still no feed back. So I'm sitting here waiting for account detail and to confirm my account is active. 18min and still waiting..... Im leaving.

Cannot get in touch with bank tried phoning numerous times and always customers waiting over 6 minutes to speak to someone, being at work and trying to sort something out fast is impossible. Joke !
