The branch is open and spacious allowing excellent access for disabled people. There are cash and deposits machines inside the branch which saves queuing up at the solitary ATM outside. There are two cashier positions enclosed by glass which are normally manned. Occasionally if the queues do get too big another staff member will ask people waiting in the queue if they are just waiting to pay in a cheque or indeed will open an auxiliary till. Others of members of staff are always available to answer queries and questions.
