Went there twice and met two front desk ladies, both of them were quite rude and apparently had no patience. possible reason for the low ranking However, the bank manager was there and willing to help us. She is really considerate and professional, and everything was explained thoroughly.
Worst branch and worst service ever! They don't even fix the problem, they just make more problem for you! Rules are not even clear, nothing written on their website, such a big bank hiding the currency limit from you to push you make mistake! Never aay sorry, never respect you! Your bank hiding something from you! Don't even think about creating an account there! Keep away from those cheater irreverent rookies...
My bank for yrs, not my main account. Updated my address on the app and apparently nothing can be posted ie new bank card for 60 days. So new Acc /bank card needed to be sent to a branch. Popped in Saturday 11th March and a very attentive and friendly staff member Toby, greeted me, took my ID and brought my card back in 30secs. Excellent service and attention from Toby. Thank you.
Easily the worst banking branch experience I've ever had! Went in with my dad over a simply transaction was told by a very rude lady on the ground floor we wouldn't be seen and we should go to another branch as there was a 4 hour wait and they weren't taking anymore people! When my dad tried to explain this was a really simple transaction and could be sorted in 5 mins the lady rolled her eyes and just just repeated that we wouldn't be seen today truly disgusting service my dad has been with HSBC for over 30 years and I've told him to close all his accounts and to move to a bank that appreciates its customers!
Just took time off work to go into the branch to see if I could speak to someone about my mortgage. I had tried to call the bank"s mortgage advisors to do this a few times prior to this but was constantly kept waiting over an hour. The woman at the front desk in the branch was extremely rude and obnoxious and told me that no staff there were mortgage advisors. When I asked if I make an appointment with the mortgage advisor, I was rudely told that she was on holiday and she didn't know when the advisor would be back. She also proceeded to let me know that the advisors only sees her customers.! I found this extremely annoying as I am also customer of the bank. Very bad customer service 0 stars from me
5 stars only thanks to few committed and reasonable staff members. Some senior officers don't make any sense of taking care of the branch and customers. Overall, chilled out bank service ;
Long waiting time till you have been seen. The staff was not very polite and did not help me with my enquiry. As overall I do regret I have switched to HSBC.
Horrible blonde staff, so rude and so much attitude, even the other staff didnt know where to look. HSBC isn’t usually like this
