Absolutely terrible bank! HSBC it’s self is great but the 2 women who work here are terrible, speak to you like someone under their shoe, can’t count to save their lives and panic when there are 2 people in the store apparently that’s busy. I would go to Preston or Wigan hsbc banks, like they suggested as them banks probably have more competent clerks.

Limited Opening Times although staff are very welcoming.

Very limited opening times make impossible for someone who works during the day to use this bank. This needs to be reconsidered if this bank wants to provide a service to most of customers.
