I've banked with halifax for nearly 20 years. Yet how I've been dealt with when asking for information about my accounts is terrible. On two occassions I wanted to speak to someone in charge and was refused. I'm still waiting for information. This is Unacceptable

Very good service in this branch. Someone was on hand asking how they could help as soon as I walked in. My query was dealt with swiftly by a very polite and helpful lady. Big change from my past experiences with other halifax branches.
