My card declined and I had a problem so I went to the Branch in Leicester. Absolute Fantastic customer service from a lovely lady Heather today! She was really kind throughout everything and even offered me a tea! I am very thankful for her help and I appreciate all the other staff from HSBC. No other Bank offers this level of customer service. I am super happy and thankful for heathers help. I hope she also notified about my positive feedback.

My husband and I visited HSBC at Clocktower after some less than stellar customer service from a competing bank close by. We were greeted by bank representative Luke. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the steps needed to meet our specific banking needs. We were able to successfully set up my bank account and it was due in large part to the care and attention Luke provided to ensure we left the bank with all our banking needs fully met.

I visited HSBC Clocktower a couple weeks ago to transact some financial business. I was lucky to have been assisted by Luke, one of the banking agents. Luke was very accommodating and ensured that my financial needs were adequately met, which was largely due to his knowledge of the services offerred by the institution. Luke was hospitable and patient, allowing me time to ensure I made the right choices. He ensured that I left the bank satisfied and with all my questions answered. Luke is truly exceptional!

Visited the branch today after having opened an account online and needed some help with the admin around it. Was seen by Ellie in branch, and absolutely 10/10 service and experience with her. Over the years have not had the best of experiences in other branches, but could not fault the visit today and Ellie resolved everything I went in for and more. Positive experiences don't always get highlighted as much or as quick as negative ones, so thank you.
